Interview With David Wolfe About Raw Food Diets

David Wolfe is described as the “Raw Food Pioneer” who’s life’s work is to spread knowledge and wisdom about the importance of adding raw foods into your diet.
David Wolfe says “People don’t do well because they don’t FEEL well”. He talks about the number one thing that people need to know right now about raw foods and how the vibration of those foods can affect their lives for the better.
He explains how cooking itself is a food preservation technology that was developed many thousands of years ago by our ancestors, but nowadays with refrigeration we really don’t need to be concerned with cooking our food to preserve it. He says that cooking actually degrades flavour!
It’s a really interesting interview, showing how raw foods are really catching on and how now there are raw-food-only restaurants opening up around the world.
