Actually, Candida usually manifests itself as some very strong digestive disturbances, especially when we

- We know that Candida’s natural enemy is Acidophilus, and we are so fortunate in the western world as we have access to the greatest amount of friendly bacteria products that have ever been offered to the world, ever. You can find them in your local health food stores.
- Reishi mushroom - It is called a “noble mushroom” and it’spropensity is to be able to secrete chemicals that kill off the lower forms of the fungal kingdom, like Candida. So it is a very important tool against Candida.
